Consultation with Board’s Attorney Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, private consultation with the Board’s legal counsel regarding any item on this meeting agenda, personnel matters, and all subjects or matters authorized by law in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act including discussion of legal issues related to communications indicating potential partnership agreement and legal claims or risks related to derelict or abandoned vessels. B. Consultation with Board’s Attorney Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, private consultation with the Board’s legal counsel regarding any item on this meeting agenda, all subjects or matters authorized by law in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act including discussion of legal pending or contemplated litigation issues related to the 2024 Ironman Triathlon.
