The electronic public meeting will be held as a Zoom webinar. The public may participate in the electronic public meeting by logging into www.gardencitymi.org/zoom on their computer, tablet or smartphone and following the instructions provided or by calling 1-312-626-6799 on their telephone and entering the meeting ID 851 1748 8295 when prompted. Through these methods the public will be able to listen to all discussion by Zoning Board members and will be permitted to speak as they would at a regular meeting. Electronic attendees will click on the “Raise Hand” feature and will be allowed to speak when called upon. Electronic attendees must have microphone capability on their device. Phone attendees will be placed in queue by pressing *9 and will be identified by the last four digits of their telephone number. At the hearing, all interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard on the following agenda item. Accessory Structure – 32889 Warren Road (Parcel ID# 35-002-99-0004-003). The applicant is seeking a variance from the following section of the Garden City Zoning Ordinance: Section 154.022(C)(1) – Accessory Buildings and Structures, Detached accessory buildings, Location. Detached accessory buildings shall not be located in a front yard or required side yard. The site is located at the intersection of Warren Road and Venoy Road. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the accessory structure to be located in the Warren Road front yard and the Venoy Road front yard.
