BOARD OF TRUSTEES SEPTEMBER 1, 2021 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Garden City in the County of Nassau, New York, was held at the Garden City Senior Center, Golf Club Lane in said Village on September 1, 2021, at 7:05 p.m. Present: Mayor Cosmo Veneziale, Trustees Bruce J. Chester, John M. Delany, Terence P. Digan, Mary Carter Flanagan, Colleen E. Foley, Louis M. Minuto and Thomas J. O’Brien. Also Present: Karen Altman, Village Clerk (left at 7:05 p.m.) Peter Bee, Bee Ready Fishbein Hatter & Donovan, LLP Andrew Preston, Bee Ready Fishbein Hatter & Donovan, LLP (left at 7:15 p.m.) Attendance: None The Clerk reported that due notice of this meeting had been served on each member of the Board. Mayor Veneziale called for a motion, which was unanimously approved, to recess into executive session for a matter of litigation and advice of Counsel. The Board reconvened at 7:39 p.m. There being no further business, on motion duly made, the meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
