BOARD OF TRUSTEES JUNE 9, 2022 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Garden City in the County of Nassau, New York, was held at 351 Stewart Avenue in said Village on June 9, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Present: Mayor Cosmo Veneziale, Trustees Bruce J. Chester, Terence P. Digan (via Zoom), Mary Carter Flanagan (via Zoom), Lawrence N. Marciano, Jr., Thomas J. O’Brien (via Zoom) and Bruce A. Torino. Also Present: Karen M. Altman, Village Clerk Absent: Trustee Charles P. Kelly Attendance: None. The Clerk reported that due notice of this meeting had been served on each member of the Board. Mayor Veneziale called the meeting to order and made a motion, which was unanimously approved, to recess into executive session and stated that the purpose of the executive session meeting was for the review of candidates for personal services. The Board reconvened at 7:50 p.m. There being no further business, on motion duly made, the meeting adjourned at 7:51 p.m.
