BOARD OF TRUSTEES May 14, 2024 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Garden City in the County of Nassau, New York, was held at 51 Cathedral Avenue in said Village on May 14, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. Present: Mayor Mary Carter Flanagan, Trustees Bruce J. Chester, Judy Courtney, Edward T. Finneran, Michele Beach Harrington, Vinny Muldoon, Jessica Tai and Bruce A. Torino. Also Present: Ralph Suozzi, Village Administrator Kelly Galanek, Village Clerk Attendance: Approximately 130 people attended. The Village Clerk reported that due notice of this meeting had been served on each member of the Board. Mayor Mary Carter Flanagan called the meeting to order stated that the purpose of the special meeting was for an interactive discussion with Brandstetter Carroll Inc. and the residents of the Village of Garden City to express their needs and desires for recreation and cultural facilities, services and programs, including both existing and future amenities, in regard to the Recreation Master Plan and St. Paul’s Use Plan. There being no further business, on motion duly made, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
