BOARD OF TRUSTEES SEPTEMBER 18, 2024 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Garden City in the County of Nassau, New York, was held at 351 Stewart Avenue in said Village on September 18, 2024 at 6:41 p.m. Present: Mayor Mary Carter Flanagan, Trustees Bruce Chester, Judy Courtney, Edward T. Finneran (left at 7:07 p.m.), Michele Beach Harrington, Vinny Muldoon (left at 7:07 p.m.), and Bruce A. Torino Also Present: Chris Kurtz, Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC Irene Woo, Treasurer Ralph Suozzi, Village Administrator Absent: Trustee Jessica Tai Attendance: None. The Village Clerk reported that due notice of this meeting had been served on each member of the Board. Mayor Flanagan called the meeting to order and made a motion, which was unanimously approved, to recess into executive session and stated that the purpose of the executive session was for a discussion with Chris Kurtz, Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC regarding collective bargaining. The Board reconvened at 7:23 p.m. There being no further business, on motion duly made, the meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
