Bandstand Committee

MEETING MINUTES – BANDSTAND COMMITTEE Thursday, May 4th, 2023 – DPW OFFICE, 50 MANCA DR. Members Present: Nancy Binder; Edward Vipond; Michael Zlotnik;; Denise Merriam Donna Russo & Mark Monahan were absent. Call to Order: Mike called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Ed seconded Open meeting recording: Mike asked if anyone was recording the meeting. None Acceptance of minutes: Nancy motion: Ed second minutes passed as written on 4/6/2023. Correspondence: Nancy is waiting for a few responses from a few different food truck vendors, and will be following up again. Financial Statement: Investigate on who else uses the SESAC Licenses & Renaissance Bench ($2042.50) Other Business: Mike will be reaching out to Worker’s Credit Union Rotary club is disbanding and will not be participating in sponsoring. Traveling Jones asking price is accepted from $500 to $600 Flyers will be updated and order by the 1st of June; Will probably have a draft by next meeting on 5/18/2023 Mike will be making updates to Heywood 7 Anthony’s and will be removing Rotary club from the flyers Attendance for each bandstand concerts were discussed; will finalize on 5/18/2023 Next meeting scheduled May 18th, 2023 Motion to adjourn by Nancy and seconded by Denise at 5p.m.
