All in favor. Motion: Mr. Leblanc 2nd: Mrs. Burns To approve Minutes of August 27, 2013. All in Favor. Status Report: Mr. Harring provided verbal status report from his start date as Interim Assessor through today: Mr. Harring stated to the BOA the new Assessor will starting on Monday, September 30, 2013 and that this was his last week as acting Interim Assessor for the City of Gardner. Mr. Harring stated that he had been working on providing some numbers to the City for two potential TIFs with commercial buildings, tax incentives for these busnessess that may expand in the City of Gardner. Mr. Harring also stated that he has also been reviewing the lot splits in the recent Fiscal years and Mrs. Burns asked if he would provide his recommendations to the new Assessor. Mrs. Burns asked about the status of the ATB cases. Mr. Harring stated that they have been continued until December to allow the new Assessor to come in and review them. The BOA to sign two Abbutters Lists.
