MEETING MINUTES Date: March 19, 2015 at 2:00pm In Attendance: Charles Leblanc, Paulette Burns and Susan Byrne, City Assessor Meeting convened at 2:08pm Motion: Mrs. Burns 2nd Ms. Byrne To accept minutes of the February 3, 2015 and November 12, 2014 meetings. All in favor. Motion: Ms. Byrne 2nd Mrs. Burns To Enter into Executive Session with the intention to return to Open Session for the purpose of adjournment. Executive Meeting Minutes separate. All in favor. Return from Executive Session. Ms. Byrne gave updates: Budget request for FY2016 Data Collection Motion: Ms. Byrne 2nd Mrs. Burns To adjourn meeting at 2:45pm All in favor.
