CITY OF GARDNER OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS 95 Pleasant Street City Hall, Room 226, Gardner MA 01440-2688 Susan Byrne, MAA Tel: 978-630-4004 City Assessor Fax: 978 630-4080 MEETING MINUTES Date: Tuesday, November 21, 2017 In Attendance: Charles LeBlanc – Chairman, Paulette Burns – Member, Susan Byrne – City Assessor and Christine Kumar – Administrative Coordinator Motion by Paulette Burns, 2nd by Susan Byrne To open meeting at 2:30pm All were in favor Motion by Susan Byrne, 2nd by Paulette Burns To accept minutes from the October 31, 2017 meeting All were in favor Other Business: Nothing to report Motion by Susan Byrne, 2nd by Paulette Burns To enter into Executive Session for the purpose of reviewing exemption applications All were in favor  Clause 17D Applications – 7 Approved  Clause 37 Applications – 1 Approved  Clause 41C Applications – 8 Approved Motion by Paulette Burns, 2nd by Susan Byrne To exit out of Executive Session All were in favor Motion by Susan Byrne, 2nd by Paulette Burns To adjourn meeting at 3:20pm All were in favor Next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, December 5th at 2pm in the Assessor’s Office—Rm 226.
