Seconded by Celia Jornet. 3-0. So voted. Assessor’s Update: Celia gave an update to the Board on her Budget meeting with the Mayor. Increases to the FY2022 Budget are due to using a contractor to assess the 3 utility accounts per new DOR guidelines. In addition, FY2023 is our recertification year and Vision will begin the process in Spring 2022, which falls under FY2022 Budget. Paulette Burns motioned to go into Executive Session – Under Purpose 7, “to comply with, or act under authority of, any general law” (G.L. c.59 §60), seconded by Celia Jornet. 3-0. So voted. To review exemption applications, abatement applications and ATB hearing updates. Paulette Burns made a motion to come out of executive session for the purpose of adjournment at 2:50pm.
