Seconded by Celia Jornet. 3-0. So voted. Assessor’s Update: Celia gave an update to the Board on the office regarding Patrick’s desk. She is still waiting for the electrical work to be completed so his computer can be hooked up. Also, she has emailed the Form of List on the three (3) Utility accounts to RRC so they can complete the FY2022 valuation per the new DOR guidelines.. Paulette Burns motioned to go into Executive Session – Under Purpose 7, “to comply with, or act under authority of, any general law” (G.L. c.59 §60), seconded by Celia Jornet. 3-0. So voted. To review exemption applications, abatement applications and ATB hearing updates. Paulette Burns made a motion to come out of executive session for the purpose of adjournment at 2:30pm.
