Seconded by Celia Jornet. 3-0. So voted. Assessor’s Update: Celia gave an update to the Board on FY2022 certification. The LA3, LA15, LA4 and LA13 have all been approved by the Department of Revenue (DOR). Celia also updated the Board on the new admin, Lauren Stinnent, who started in the Assessor’s Office on September 1, 2021. Paulette Burns motioned to go into Executive Session – Under Purpose 7, “to comply with, or act under authority of, any general law” (G.L. c.59 §60), seconded by Celia Jornet. 3-0. So voted. To review Exemption applications. Paulette Burns made a motion to come out of executive session for the purpose of adjournment at 3:08pm. Seconded by Celia Jornet. 3-0. So voted.
