Seconded by Christine, 3-0, so voted. The Board reviewed and signed the October excise abatement report. Assessor’s Update: • On 10/18/22 we received notification from the Department of Revenue that our values were certified. • End of year projects; have FY23 “static” database created, make updates to our webpage and Vision portal, have FY23 property cards uploaded for public viewing. • Income and Expense, as well as Form of List paperwork will be printed and mailed in January. The Board briefly discussed our recommendation to City Council regarding the “Residential Factor” in anticipation of the upcoming Classification Hearing. Christine made a motion to recommend to City Council a Residential Factor of “1”, which results in a single tax rate. Paulette seconded the motion, 3-0, so voted. Charles made a motion at 2:18pm to enter Executive Session, under Purpose 7 – “to comply with, or act under authority of, any general law” (G.L. c59 §60). Seconded by Paulette, 3-0, so voted. Exemptions Approved: (3) Clause 17D, (17) Clause 22A-F, (1) Clause 22C, (3) Clause 22E, (2) Clause 37 and (1) Clause 41C Exemptions Denied: (2) Clause 41C Charles made a motion return to open session for the purpose of adjournment at 2:53pm.
