Seconded by Christine, 3-0, so voted. The Board reviewed and signed the following: • Warrant to Collector for FY23 Actual RE and PP Tax (Q3 and Q4) • Commitment to Auditor for FY23 Actual RE and PP Tax (Q3 and Q4) • Warrant to Collector for 2022 MV Excise Commitment 7 and 2023 MV Excise Commitment 1 • Commitment to Auditor for 2022 MV Excise Commitment 7 and 2023 MV Excise Commitment 1 Charles made a motion at 2:15pm to enter Executive Session, under Purpose 7 – “to comply with, or act under authority of, any general law” (G.L. c59 §60). Seconded by Paulette, 3-0, so voted. To review and discuss applications for Exemptions, 3ABC, Real Estate and Personal Property Abatements Approved: (1) Exemption - Clause 22E (1) Exemption - Clause 37 (1) New for FY23 - 3ABC Application (Charitable/Religious Exempt) (2) RE Abatements (1) PP Abatement Charles made a motion return to open session for the purpose of adjournment at 2:15pm.
