Seconded by Christine, 3-0, so voted. • Assessor reported that the FY2024 assessed values (LA4) and New Growth (LA13) were approved by the DOR on October 6, 2023. Report was accepted by the Board. • A discussion regarding the Board’s recommendation of Residential Factor was had. A motion was made by Paulette that the Board recommend to City Council the Residential Factor of “1”, which would result in a single tax rate. Seconded by Christine, 3-0 so voted. Paulette made a motion at 2:15pm to enter Executive Session, under Purpose 7 – “to comply with, or act under authority of, any general law” (G.L. c59 §60), not to return Open Session upon adjournment. Seconded by Christine, 3-0, so voted. • Reviewed and approved (7) exemption applications: (3) 17D Surviving Spouse (2) 22A-F Veteran (1) 22C (1) 41C Elderly The meeting adjourned at 2:32pm.
