Geoffrey Tobia, Member RE: Board of Health meeting held on Monday, September 26, 2016 __________________________________________________________________________________ 5:00 Meeting called to order 5:02 Meeting Minutes dated August 22, 2016 reviewed. 5:05 Unattended box regulations: After some discussion, the Board made a few changes to the regulations as well as the application form and agreed to pass the Unattended box regulations. 6:00 Review of the Tobacco Flavor Product Regulations: After some discussion, the board made a few changes to the Flavor regulations and agreed to have the City Solicitor look at them. Jennifer will send them to John Flick, the City Solicitor. 7:30 New Business: Jennifer updated the board on the progress Lauren Saunders has made as the Assistant Director. Susan reminded the board of the Second Annual International Overdose Awareness night being held on August 31st Monument Park 7pm-9pm. 7:45 Next meeting: Monday, September 26, 2016.
