COUNCIL CAUCUS MEETING MINUTES CITY OF GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OHIO February 11, 2019 Council President Matt Burke called the Caucus Meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. Members Present: Matt Burke, Councilman Ward 6 Michael Dudley, Sr., Councilman Ward 1 Gene Glenn, Councilman Ward 4 Joseph LaMalfa, Councilman Ward 2 Michael Nenadovich, Councilman Ward 3 Joseph Suster, Councilman Ward 5 Tom Vaughn, Councilman Ward 7 President Burke would offer the Invocation and lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Clmn Suster moved to accept the Minutes of the Caucus Meeting for January 28, 2019 as submitted. The Minutes stood approved unanimously. Clmn Suster would dispose of the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of January 28, 2019. There were no written communications to Council or Committee Reports. ORDINANCE NO. 11-2019 Clmn Nenadovich advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 02-2019 Clmn Suster advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 03-2019 Clmn Suster advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 04-2019 Clmn Vaughn advised that he would move to consider by title. Law Director Tim Riley advised that although a hearing regarding the liquor license for Niecy’s Place had been set for the following week, it might not go forward because the city had probably reached a resolution to keep the bar closed. Clmn Suster moved to adjourn the Caucus Meeting. The motion stood approved unanimously.
