SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES CITY OF GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OHIO Tuesday, July 21, 2020 (Note: This meeting was conducted by teleconference due to the current Covid-19 outbreak.) MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:00 p.m. by Council President Matt Burke. Members Present: Jason Blake, Council Ward 5 Matt Burke, Council Ward 6 Shayla Davis, Council Ward 4 Charles Donahue, Council Ward 2 Michael Dudley, Sr., Council Ward 1 Michael Nenadovich, Council Ward 3 Tom Vaughn, Council Ward 7 The intended topic of discussion would be The City’s pending litigation and imminent Court action. President Burke moved to go into Executive Session, Clmn Nenadovich seconded his motion and it passed with unanimous approval. The Executive Session began at 6:03 p.m. Clmn Vaughn moved to adjourn the Executive Session, Clmn Nenadovich seconded his motion and it was approved unanimously. The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:06 p.m. Clmn Vaughn moved to adjourn the Special Council Meeting, Clmn Nenadovich seconded his motion and it was approved unanimously.
