Welcome and Introductions of members of the Gilbert Town Council and Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. 2. Presentation by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce on Partners in Progress Accomplishments. 3. Presentation by the Town of Gilbert on demographics, growth, Economic Development, the Heritage District, Chandler Heights Basin Park, the Census, Secondary Property Tax Levy, Public Safety Personnel Retirement System reform, Water Quality Assurance Revolving fund and a report on the meeting with the Legislative Delegation. 4. Table discussions including but not limited to the following topics: a) Of the opportunities identified during the recent Red Carpet Tour, what priorities should be addressed to ensure a competitive environment for those wanting to expand their business or relocate to Gilbert? b) Identify the top collaborative effort the Town of Gilbert and the Chamber of Commerce can work on together this upcoming year to set a foundation for a long-term competitive environment.  5. Wrap-up. ADJOURN NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. A.R.S. 1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and maybe viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
