Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding Capital Improvement Project ST058 (road construction on Germann Road from Val Vista Drive to Higley Road) and performance by Blucor Contracting. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made.
