Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding protests to RFP #2016-3001-0177; b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding proposed First Amended Development Reimbursement Agreement related to property located on the NEC of Ray Road and Gilbert Road; c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding Maricopa County Recorder parcel nos. 304-55-008C and 304-55-008D near State Route 202 and Lindsay Road in Gilbert; d) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding the filling of a vacancy in the office of Mayor or Councilmember; and e) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation with Town Attorney regarding potential settlement of Town of Gilbert v. Silver Canyon Nurseries, Maricopa County Case No. CV2014-009957. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made.
