CALL TO ORDER RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding the filling of a vacancy in the Office of Councilmember; and b) A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) to discuss and rank the applications of Hazem Abawi, Colby Ashton, Jeffery Barker, Kevin Bishop, Angela Booker, James Candland, Estevan Carmona, Jerry Comer, Alvi Curcio, Leanna DeKing, Ronald DeMario, Robert Dunn III, Leo Fasciocco, Charles Hall, Eric Jones, Valliere Jones, Denise Kronsteiner, James Lea, Thomas McNally, Monte Nevitt Sr., Douglas Pike, Walter Presmyk, Gordon Ray, Theresa Schenck, Ronald Scroggins, Donald Skousen, Leslie Smith, Edward Waller and Johnathon Walter for Town Council. A.R.S. 1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and maybe viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
