ITEMS WILL NOT BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO POSTED MEETING TIME. AGENDA ITEM RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town Representatives and legal advice with Town Attorney regarding Town’s position in negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property in the Heritage District at 92 W. Vaughn Avenue; b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town Representatives and legal advice with Town Attorney regarding Town’s position in negotiations of the purchase, sale or lease of real property in the Heritage District at 139, 143, and 147 W. Vaughn Avenue; and c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(1) to conduct mid-year employment evaluation and discuss assignments and goals for Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Attorney Michael Hamblin, and Presiding Judge John Hudson. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
