Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney and Special Counsel regarding Elliott District Park; b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding the sale of real property of approximately 58 acres located at the southwest corner of Greenfield and Germann Roads and 80 acres located at the southwest corner of Greenfield and Chandler Heights; c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3),(4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town representatives and legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of property of up of approximately 4 acres at the southwest corner of Knox Road and the San Tan Village Parkway; d) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding development agreement authorized by Resolution No. 2889 (Maricopa County Recorder No. 20080651178) regarding the development of property in the vicinity of Recker and Williams Field Roads; e) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03 (A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding accessory structure at 1090 S. 131st Street in Gilbert;  f) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4)for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding placement of a wastewater lift station in the Fiesta Tech District near Baseline Road and Fiesta Blvd. (CIP# WW099); g) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town Representatives and legal advice with Town Attorney regarding Town’s position in negotiations of the purchase, sale or lease of real property in the Heritage District at 139, 143, and 147 W. Vaughn Avenue; and h) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding long term lease with the San Carlos Apache Tribe for 7000 acre feet of water.
