LEGAL - consider authorizing Town Attorney to initiate legal proceedings, as necessary, with Big League Dreams Gilbert LLC, regarding contact performance at Elliot District Park. AGENDA ITEM RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(1) for discussion and consideration of employment of Gilbert Police Chief and candidates Ramon Batista, Scott Popp, Lee Russo, Michael Soelberg, and Chris Sutter; and b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) & (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice and contemplated litigation with Town Attorney regarding former Public Works employee Scott Rogers and Town employment benefits. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS Administrative Items are for Council discussion and action. It is to the discretion of the majority of the Council regarding public input requests on any Administrative Item. Persons wishing to speak on an Administrative Item should complete a Request to Speak Form and indicate the Item they wish to address. Council may or may not accept public comment. 1.
