Request to amend the Town of Gilbert’s noise ordinances to lower allowable limits -- specifically for residential and commercial zoning; 2. Update report to Council on the progress of developing the new South Gilbert Regional Park; 3. Request to rezone a commercial plot of land in the Gilbert Commons PAD for residential development; and 4. Hear staff recommendations and seek Council direction on actions to curb disturbances in the Heritage District Parking Garage. ADJOURN
