AGENDA ITEM CALL TO ORDER RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. § 38-431.03(3) and (4), legal advice from the Town Attorney and discussion and consultation with Town representatives concerning litigation involving a reimbursement and lien agreement for a parcel of land near Lindsay and Ray Roads; b) A.R.S. § 38-431.03(3), (4), and (7), legal advice from the Town Attorney and discussion and consultation with Town representatives concerning the sale of 80 acres of property located near the southwest corner Greenfield and Chandler Heights Roads; c) A.R.S. § 38-431.03(3), (4), and (7), legal advice from the Town Attorney and discussion and consultation with Town representatives concerning proposals for the purchase of a 9.1 acre parcel in Heritage District located on the southeast corner of Ash Street and Juniper Avenue; and  d) A.R.S. § 38-431.03(3), (4), and (7), legal advice from the Town Attorney and discussion and consultation concerning deal points and negotiations for the lease of 25 acres of property located near the southwest corner of Higley and Queen Creek Roads. A.R.S. 1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and maybe viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
