MINUTES OF THE GILBERT TOWN COUNCIL, IN REGULAR MEETING OF MONDAY MAY 10, 2021 AT 5:00 PM, MUNICIPAL CENTER I, ROOM 300 50 E CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Brigette Peterson, Vice Mayor Yung Koprowski, Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Laurin Hendrix, Scott September, Kathy Tilque, and Aimee Yentes COUNCIL ABSENT: None STAFF PRESENT: Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Clerk Chaveli Herrera, Town Attorney Christopher Payne AGENDA ITEM CALL TO ORDER Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:11 p.m. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember Yentes, seconded by Councilmember September, to recess to Executive Session pursuant to: A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) to conduct employment evaluation and discuss assignments of Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Clerk Chaveli Herrera, and Town Attorney Christopher Payne. Motion carried 7-0. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Peterson reconvened the meeting at 8:31 p.m. A MOTION was made by Councilmember Yentes, seconded by Vice Mayor Koprowski to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
