Study Sessions are open to the public. Discussion of agenda items is reserved for the Council and Staff. No decisions are made or action taken during the Study Session. . 1. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
