MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING, MARCH 3, 2018 AT 5:00 P.M., ROOM 233, 50 EAST CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Jenn Daniels, Vice Mayor Brigette Peterson, Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Eddie Cook, Victor Petersen, Jordan Ray, and Jared Taylor COUNCIL ABSENT: None. CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING Vice Mayor Brigette Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember Victor Petersen, seconded by Councilmember Scott Anderson, to recess the Special Meeting and reconvene in pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, (A)(1) to interview the applicants Anna David, Gilbert Honeycutt, Jennifer Jones, Mark LaPorte, Edward Madrid, and Walter Les Presmyk for the Parks and Recreation Board. Motion carried 4-0. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting was reconvened at 6:30 p.m. ADJOURNMENT A MOTION was made by Vice Mayor Brigette Peterson, seconded by Mayor Jenn Daniels to adjourn the meeting.
