MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION
SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING, MAY 5, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M.,
ROOM 233, 50 EAST CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Jenn Daniels, Vice Mayor Scott Anderson; and Councilmembers
Kung Koprowski, Scott September, Bill Spence, Jared Taylor, and
Aimee Yentes
COUNCIL ABSENT: None
CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Daniels called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
A MOTION was made by Councilmember Spence, seconded by Councilmember September, to
recess the Special Meeting and reconvene in pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, (A)(1) to interview
applicants David Boudinet, Bob Ferron, Paul Gonzales, Kristen Hull, Holly Pritulsky, and Felicia
Vandermolen for the Parks and Recreation Board.
Motion carried 7-0.
ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
The Special Meeting was reconvened at 6:30 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
A MOTION was made by Councilmember Taylor, seconded by Councilmember September, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
