MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING, MARCH 2, 2021 AT 6:15 P.M., ROOM 300, 50 EAST CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Brigette Peterson, Vice Mayor Yung Koprowski, Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Laurin Hendrix, Jared Taylor, Kathy Tilque, and Aimee Yentes COUNCIL ABSENT: None CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:28 p.m. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember Yentes, seconded by Councilmember September, to recess the Special Meeting and reconvene in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38- 431.03(A)(1) to discuss applicants Raymond Cioe, Don Downing, Matthew Foote, Emilio Gonzalez, Lyndon Lattie, Christopher Smith, and Eric Zite for the Industrial Development Authority. Motion carried 7--0. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting was reconvened at 6:36 p.m. ADJOURNMENT A MOTION was made by Councilmember September, seconded by Councilmember Yentes, to adjourn the meeting.
