MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING, MAY 18, 2021 AT 5:00 P.M., ROOM 300, 50 EAST CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Brigette Peterson; Vice Mayor Yung Koprowski; Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Laurin Hendrix, Scott September, Kathy Tilque, and Aimee Yentes COUNCIL ABSENT: None CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember Yentes, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to recess the Special Meeting and reconvene in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38- 431.03(A)(1) to interview applicants David Boudinet, Jason Geroux, Erin Hannigan, Holly Pritulsky, Sandra Reynolds, and Cody Ziemer for the Parks and Recreation Board. Motion carried 6—0; Vice Mayor Koprowski was absent at time of the vote. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting was reconvened at 5:39 p.m. ADJOURNMENT A MOTION was made by Councilmember Yentes, seconded by Councilmember September, to adjourn the meeting.
