MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING, NOVEMBER 1, 2022 AT 5:00 P.M., ECHO ROOM 108, 6860 S. POWER ROAD, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Brigette Peterson; Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Yung Koprowski, Scott September, and Kathy Tilque COUNCIL ABSENT: Vice Mayor Aimee Yentes and Councilmember Laurin Hendrix CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember Koprowski, seconded by Councilmember Tilque, to recess the Special Meeting and reconvene in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38- 431.03(A)(1) to interview and consider applicants Boe Bigelow, Theodore “TJ” Claassen, Sean McGuinness, and Darin Roberge for the Redevelopment Commission. Motion carried 5-0. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting was reconvened at 5:41 p.m. ADJOURNMENT A MOTION was made by Councilmember September, seconded by Councilmember Tilque, to adjourn the Special meeting.
