MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING, DECEMBER 12, 2022 AT 4:30 P.M., TRAINING ROOM 6, PUBLIC SAFETY – POLICE BUILDING, 75 E CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Brigette Peterson; Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Laurin Hendrix, Yung Koprowski, and Kathy Tilque COUNCIL ABSENT: Vice Mayor Aimee Yentes and Councilmember Scott September CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 4:36 p.m. RECESS OF SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember Tilque, seconded by Councilmember Koprowski, to recess the Special Meeting and reconvene in Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38- 431.03(A)(1) to: a) interview and consider applicants Sandeep Bagchi, Shane Cook, Adam Hoffman, and Eric Jensen for the Public Facilities Municipal Property Corporation; and b) interview and consider applicants Kevin Boudreau, Shane Cook, Adam Hoffman, Heather Legg, Joseph Schneider, and John “Dalen” Wilcock for the Water Resources Public Facilities Municipal Property Corporation. Motion carried 4-0; Councilmember Hendrix was absent during the time of the vote. Councilmember Hendrix joined the meeting virtually at 4:45 p.m. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting was reconvened at 5:49 p.m. ADJOURNMENT A MOTION was made by Councilmember Koprowski, seconded by Councilmember Tilque, to adjourn the Special meeting.
