Discuss Fundraising Options
There was some discussion regarding the advertising space in the booklet. Ms. Deuser reviewed
the prior year process for fundraising. Ms. Emir suggested looking into a “Presenting Sponsor”
to donate $10,000. The presenting sponsor would have the highest level of marketing for each
concert, as well as a vendor space at each show.
Ms. Deuser stated she will be changing the commitments to the donations. All funds must be
received prior to the booklet printing to ensure we have collected funds. There are two shows
last year that have not been collected. The Silver Spring House is now closed and most likely
will not be paying.
Ms. Deuser asked that all acts be confirmed prior to the end of February. This will allow for
advertising in the Nicolet Recreation Booklet.
Chair Shaw stated she will enter the show date information into the new Community Calendar
for the Glendale Area Business Association.
