Discussion and possible action to approve: Resolution 02-18-2025-2 CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO A RESOLUTION OF THE GORE PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY (THE “BORROWER”) AGREEING TO FILE APPLICATION WITH THE OKLAHOMA WATER RESOURCES BOARD (THE “OWRB”) FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE DRINKING WATER STATE REVOLVING FUND PROGRAM; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A DRINKING WATER SRF LOAN FROM THE OKLAHOMA WATER RESOURCES BOARD IN THE TOTAL AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $1,430,000; APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF ITS DRINKING WATER SRF PROMISSORY NOTE IN THE TOTAL AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $1,430,000, SECURED BY A PLEDGE OF REVENUES AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LOAN AGREEMENT FOR DRINKING WATER SRF LOAN; DESIGNATING A LOCAL TRUSTEE AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A TRUST AGREEMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SECURITY AGREEMENT; RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING AN AMENDED LEASE AGREEMENT AND OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT, PERTAINING TO THE LEASING OF THE WATER, SANITARY SEWER, AND GARBAGE COLLECTION SYSTEMS OF THE TOWN OF GORE, OKLAHOMA (THE “TOWN”) TO THE BORROWER; RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING A SALES TAX AGREEMENT PERTAINING TO A YEAR TO YEAR PLEDGE OF CERTAIN SALES TAX REVENUES AND/OR AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN AMENDED SALES TAX AGREEMENT; APPROVING VARIOUS COVENANTS; APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF FEES AND EXPENSES; AND CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING THERETO.  GORE PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY P.O.
