Review and approve a resolution that authorizes the Town of Goshen Police Chief to sign a document with the County of Orange to allow the Goshen Police Department to participate and be financially reimbursed for enforcement activities associated with the County-wide Stop DWI Program. 2. Review and discuss Introductory Local Law No. 5 of 2024 amending Chapter 97 (“Zoning”) of the code of the Town of Goshen to update provisions related to the replenishment of applicant escrow deposits. 11. Review and discuss Introductory Local Law No. 6 of 2024 amending Chapter 50, entitled “Electrical Inspections” of the code of the Town of Goshen to update provisions related to electrical standards and inspections in conformance with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code. 12. Review and discuss Introductory Local Law No. 7 authorizing the Joint Recreation Commission (“JRC”) to establish rules and regulations regarding town parks. 13. Discuss and approve 2023 Year-To-Date Budget Transfers as of 12/31/2023 submitted by Budget Officer. 6. Discuss and approve 2024 Year-To0Date Budget Transfers as of 3/1/2024 submitted by Budget Officer. 7.
