Country Club Park PID Contract with BrightView Landscapes, LLC for Landscape Maintenance for $63,984 for a 15-month term (City Council District 2) 5. High Hawk PID Contract with Classic Construction & Restoration, Inc. for perimeter wall replacement in the amount of $737,233.04 (Council Districts 4 and 6) 6. Renew a five-year interlocal agreement with North Central Texas Council of Government (NCTCOG) for Regional Storm Water Participation for an amount not to exceed $9,000 per year or $45,000 over the course of five years 7. Purchase of three (3) new Ford Escape Hybrid SE compact SUV for Environmental Services ($32,148 each) from Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford for a combined total of $96,444 through a Cooperative Agreement with BuyBoard 8. Purchase of ten (10) new Chevrolet Malibu sedans for Police ($31,715 each) and three (3) new Chevrolet Bolt EV sedans for Environmental Services and Planning and Development ($32,710 each) from Caldwell Country Chevrolet for a combined total of $415,280 through a Cooperative Agreement with BuyBoard 9. Contract with Holt Caterpillar for the certified machine rebuild on a 2017 Caterpillar D8T dozer ($808,659.85), certified powertrain rebuild on a 2017 Caterpillar D6T dozer ($331,669.96), and complete undercarriage replacement for a 2019 Caterpillar D8T dozer ($107,225.15) for a combined total of $1,247,554.96 through a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with BuyBoard 10. Direct the City Attorney to take all necessary actions to initiate and file a declaratory judgment lawsuit to determine the current zoning of the land subject to Ordinance 3549 11. Purchase of banquet chairs for the Ruthe Jackson Center from Interior Resources Group ($158,666.60) through a national cooperative agreement with TIPS 12. Resolution repealing resolution 5277 and authorizing the City Manager to execute an Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the installation of Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras along SH 161 from Pioneer Pkwy to IH 30, and Main Street/Jefferson Street from NW 23rd Street to SW 4th Street (Reviewed by the Finance and Government Committee on 06/07/2022) 13. Ordinance approving $1,999,028 in CDBG-CV Funds to rehabilitate the Densman Health Clinic to establish an infectious disease treatment clinic. The Densman Health Clinic will provide COVID-related medical services and care, continue Dallas County immunization efforts, and provide health education services (Reviewed by the City Council Development Committee on 10/11/2022) 17. Ordinance authorizing the conveyance of easements and other limited real property interests to the Trinity River Authority at Lone Star Park and along Lone Star Trail in the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, for the Bear Creek Interceptor Phase I and WF-G Interceptor Relocation Project ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION 18. Resolution Approving a Donation Agreement with CHI/WILDLIFE LAND, L.P., for the conveyance of approximately 4.740 acres of land to the City of Grand Prairie at 701 W.
