This contract will be for one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods totaling $167,700 over five years if all extensions are exercised 10. New cubicles purchase for Information Technology Application Services and Administration Divisions from Interior Resources Group totaling $85,228.10 11. Commercial Hangar Lease with OptiSky, LLC, for Hangar 7 South B and 14 South E for a term of one year to begin June 1, 2023, and ending May 31, 2024, with an annual rent of $4,608.00 and authorize City Manager to execute renewal options under the same term 12. Authorize Non-acceptance of Extension Payments and Termination of Landfill Gas Supply Agreement and Lease with Grand Prairie Landfill Gas Production, LLC, and authorize City Manager to send notice of non-acceptance of extension payments and a thirty-day written notice of termination 13. Approval of the Assignment of a Sanitary Sewer License Agreement between the City and Hardrock Industrial, L.L.C to CIVF VII–TX1B01– B02, L.L.C. 14. Annual Contract for Service and Repair of Ford Vehicles from Grand Prairie Ford (up to $50,000.00 annually). This contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods totaling $250,000.00 if all extensions are exercised 17. Annual Contract for Fleet Glass Repair Services from Auto Glass Now dba. A-1 Auto Glass (up to $15,000.00 annually). This contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods totaling $75,000.00 if all extensions are exercised. This contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods totaling $1,500,000.00 if all extensions are exercised. Award a secondary to Siddons-Martin Emergency Group, LLC. (Up to $300,000.00 annually) to be used only if the primary is unable to fulfill the City’s needs 19. Peninsula PID Change Order/Amendment No. 2 for LandCare for Sod Installation from 7004 to 7036 Playa, Lakeshore Circle Bed Landscaping, Lakeshore Fountain Landscaping, and Pond 1 Phase 2, 3, and 4 Sod Project in the total amount of $274,284.20 in Peninsula PID (Council Districts 4 and 6) (Reviewed by the Peninsula PID Board on 05/23/2023) 20. Contract Renewal for Diverse Supplier Initiative from Higgins & Thornton Consulting Services, LLC in the amount of $49,500. This contract was for one year unless the parties mutually agreed to extend the term. This contract will be for three additional one-year periods totaling $198,000 amount if all extensions are exercised 21. Ratify an application for the FY 2024 High Priority Commercial Motor Vehicle grant (FM- MHP-23-001) from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) in the amount of $768,163, and Authorize the City Manager to accept, reject, alter, or terminate the grant, if awarded (Reviewed by the Public Safety, Health, & Environment Committee on 06/05/2023) 22. Ratify an application for the FY 2024 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Comprehensive grant from the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) in the amount of $98,430.03, and authorize the City Manager to accept, reject, alter, or terminate the grant, if awarded (Reviewed by the Public Safety, Health, & Environment Committee on 06/05/2023) 23. Ratify an application for the FY 2024 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Commercial Vehicle Enforcement grant from the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) in the amount of $44,964.19, and authorize the City Manager to accept, reject, alter, or terminate the grant, if awarded (Reviewed by the Public Safety, Health, & Environment Committee on 06/05/2023) 24. Ratify an application for the FY 2023 Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Community Policing Development (CPD) Microgrant for the UNIDOS Program, from the United States Department of Justice in the amount of $168,300.00, and authorize the City Manager to accept, reject, alter, or terminate the grant, if awarded (Reviewed by the Public Safety, Health, & Environment Committee on 06/05/2023) 25. Ratify an application for the FY 2023 Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Community Policing Development (CPD) Microgrant for Officer Recruitment and Retention, from the United States Department of Justice in the amount of $338,366.00, and authorize the City Manager to accept, reject, alter, or terminate the grant, if awarded (Reviewed by the Public Safety, Health, & Environment Committee on 06/05/2023) 26. Annual Contract for psychological testing services with Sage Cognitive Solutions; Altman Psychological; and Price, Proctor & Associates in the annual amount not to exceed $150,000. Change Order #1, for an increase in vehicle leasing rates with Acme Auto Leasing in the amount of $17,940 for the second annual renewal, and $17,940 annually thereafter for two additional one year terms, totaling $53,820 28. Annual contract for polygraph testing services with Behavioral Measures, Ruiz Protective Services, Sage Cognitive Solutions, and Woods & Associates in the annual amount not to exceed $75,000. All agreements will be for one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods not to exceed a total of $375,000 if all renewal options are exercised (Reviewed by the Public Safety, Health, & Environment Committee on 06/05/2023) 29. Annual Contract for printing services from AC Printing ($57,090), Alpha Graphics ($6,032.41), & Logan Graphics ($24,072) for an annual total of $87,194.41. This contract will be for one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods totaling $435,972.05 if all extensions are exercised 30. Annual Contract for Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Account Administration from Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC) up to $19,950 annually. This contract will be for one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods totaling $99,750 if all extensions are exercised 31. One year agreement with Superior Vision, including four annual renewal options, for Basic and Enhanced Insurance plans with guaranteed fixed rates for five years 32. Contract with DCC, Inc for swimming pool replastering at Kirby Creek Natatorium in the amount of $65,495 and a 5.34% contingency in the amount of $3,498 for a total of $68,993 through a national interlocal agreement with BuyBoard 33. Annual Contract with Action Park Alliance, Inc. for the operations, staffing, and management of the Grand Prairie Skate Park. This contract will be for five years in the amount of $249,999.80 with the option to renew for five additional one-year periods totaling $499,999.60 if all extensions are exercised 34. Change Order #1 for Yellowstone Landscape for landscape services of additional locations at Epic Central and price adjustments in the amount of $26,969.32 annually 35. Ratify emergency purchase for the repair of a 12” water line under the Bear Creek bridge at W. Shady Grove Rd with North Texas Contracting in the amount of $70,136.00 36. Purchase of eight (8) Dri-Prime Bypass Pumps from Xylem Dewatering Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $468,742 37. Change Order 02 with Excel 4 Construction in the net negative amount of ($3,852.00) for pipe size revisions of sanitary sewer outfall project at Skyway Drive and Small Street 38. Resolution Authorizing City Manager to Execute a Development Agreement and the related Development Documents with Palace Parkway, LLC (or affiliated entity) for the development of an entertainment project within the Gateway Corridor (Reviewed by the Tax Increment Fund #1 Board on 6/6/2023) 41. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a cooperative purchasing agreement between the City of Grand Prairie and the Equalis Group 42. Ordinance amending the FY2023 unobligated Economic Development CIP Fund to allocate $1,360,000 for the 402 W. Main St Business Relocation project 43. Resolution amending the Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Grand Prairie Local Government Corporation for a cash grant of an additional $1,360,000 to be used for the purchase and maintenance of real property; identify the property located at 818 W.
