Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report 5. Ordinance Amending the FY 2025/2026 CIP Budget 6. Ordinance Amending the FY 2025/2026 Operating Budget 7. Annual Contract for Roofing Supplies and Repair Services at City-owned Facilities with Garland/DBS, Inc. in an amount up to $350,000 annually. The contract is for an initial one (1) year term with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, totaling up to $1,050,000 if all extensions are exercised, through a master cooperative agreement with Omnia Partners 8. Contract with Elite Golf Management, LLC for the operation and management of Tangle Ridge Golf Course in an amount up to $144,000 annually, including a $72,000 annual management fee and performance-based incentives.
