A quorum of the various city boards/commissions members may be present, including to the following: Animal Shelter Advisory Board, Building Advisory and Appeals Board, Civil Service Commission, Commission on Aging, Housing and Community Improvement Commission, Housing Finance Corporation, Keep Grand Prairie Beautiful Commission, Library Board, Park Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Health Advisory Committee, Sports Facilities Development Corporation, and Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals.
