Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX The District 3 Town Hall Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Ruthe Jackson Center, 3113 S. Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, Texas. A quorum of the City Council may be present. This notice is being posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. City staff will be available to provide an update and/or answer any questions on topics related to District 3.
