Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Master Memorandum of Understanding / Interlocal Agreement (MOU/ILA) with the City of Fort Worth, City of Irving, City of Frisco, City of Hurst, and City of Haltom City for the participation in the Dallas / Fort Worth First Responders Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Network 4. Discussion on Resolution supporting the one-year continuation of the Police Department's Victim Assistance Program grant in the amount of $176,752 5.
