GRANDVIEW CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES MAY 9, 2023 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Gloria Mendoza called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The meeting was held in person and was also available via teleconference. City Administrator/Public Works Director Retirement Announcement – Councilmember Ozuna reported that a press release would be issued announcing City Administrator/Public Works Director Cus Arteaga’s retirement. 11.
