GRANDVIEW CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 10, 2024 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Ashley Lara called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The meeting was held in person and was also available via teleconference.
