Village of Grantsburg 316 Brad Street South Grantsburg, WI 54840 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes The Village Plan Commission met on Monday, December 1 at 4:00 p.m. in the Village Board room, 316 Brad St S, Grantsburg, WI 54840. Present: President Rick Lindberg Trustee Greg Peer Members: Angie Anderson, LuAnn Ebersold, Brent Blomberg, Others: Clerk/Treasurer Sheila Meyer Absent: Member: Natalie Finch, Tyler Myers President Lindberg called the Plan Commission Meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Public Hearing – Crex Development Corporation (Todd Engstrand, owner) Conditional Use Application for a liquor store at 824 Gateway Street. President Lindberg called the Public Hearing to order at 4:00 p.m. Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Longhenry read the Public Hearing Notice. President Lindberg asked for anyone wishing to speak in favor of the conditional use application. No one spoke. President Lindberg asked for anyone wishing to speak against the conditional use application. No one spoke. President Lindberg closed the public hearing at 4:03 p.m. Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Longhenry reviewed the application, indicated that no comments or concerns were received from neighboring properties or others, and all other requirements had been met. Longhenry also informed the committee that the lessee of the space has applied for a Class A liquor license that will be reviewed at the December 8th Village Board meeting. The committee had no further questions or concerns regarding the application. Motion by Member Blomberg, second by Member Ebersold to recommend the Village Board approve the Conditional Use Application submitted by Crex Development Corporation (Todd Engstrand) for a liquor store at 824 Gateway Street ( parcel 07-131-2-38-19-23-1 01-000-017000). Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Member Anderson, second by Trustee Peer to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
