Meetings are conducted in a hybrid format, with a Zoom webinar in addition to the in-person meeting in Council Chambers. City Council members may participate in this meeting via electronic means pursuant to their adopted policies and protocol. Members of the public are also invited to choose how to participate in Council meetings in the manner that works best for them. Watch Meetings: Meetings are open to the public and can be attended in person by anyone. Meetings are televised live on GTV8 on cable television. Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a work order for professional services between the City of Greeley and Na Ali’i (Nakupuna Companies) for additional design services related to the Cameron Peak Fire Mitigation 11. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Greeley, Colorado, authorizing the City to enter into a settlement agreement with Dinasty Kramp resolving all claims against the City of Greeley, its officers, and employees 12. Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement for the provision of administrative services by the City of Greeley to the Greeley Urban Renewal Authority 13. Introduction and first reading of fifteen ordinances annexing to the City of Greeley, Colorado, certain unincorporated territory located in Weld County, Colorado, known as "Great Western Industrial Park (GWIP) Serial Annexations No. 1 through No. 15," located generally south of Eastman Park Drive, east of State Highway 257, west of Great Western Drive, and north of Weld County Road 62 1/4, into the City of Greeley. The subject sites are comprised of a total of 325.63 acres. 19. Introduction and first reading of an ordinance changing the official zoning map of the City of Greeley, Colorado, to establish I-H (Industrial High Intensity) and C-D (Conservation District) zoning for property located generally south of Eastman Park Drive, east of State Highway 257, west of Great Western Drive, and north of Weld County Road 62 1/4, into the City of Greeley. The subject site is comprised of 325.63 acres. 20. Introduction and first reading of an ordinance annexing to the city of Greeley, Colorado, certain unincorporated territory located in Weld County, Colorado, known as "Arroyos del Sol" located  generally north-west of State Highway 257 spur, west of Weld County Road 19, and south of the Cache La Poudre River, into the City of Greeley. The subject site is comprised of 999.72 acres. 21. Introduction and first reading of an ordinance changing the official zoning map of the City of Greeley, Colorado, to establish C-D (Conservation District) zoning for property, known as the "Arroyos del Sol" Annexation, located generally north-west of State Highway 257 spur, west of Weld County Road 19, and south of the Cache La Poudre River, into the City of Greeley.
