Public Comment - a. No public comments were presented. 2. Approval of March 14, 2018 Meeting Minutes a. Committee approved the 3/14/18 meeting minutes. 3. Management Area Update a. Committee received verbal report from the ASGSA General Manager regarding the status of negotiations to form a Management Area (MA) that would include Clark Colony and petitioned lands that were submitted to the Department of Water Resources to form the ASGSA. Good progress with the SVBGSA was reported to the Committee. 4. ASGGSA Participation in the Salinas Basin Ag Water Association – Project Development Committee. Jerry Lhor has been nominated to represent the ASGSA in the SBAWA project panning process. The ASGSA is working to confirm his acceptance of the nomination. Should he accept, his nomination will be on the ASGSA April 24, 2018 meeting. 5. GSP Status Update a. The Committee was supportive of the continued collaboration efforts between the SVBGSA and the ASGSA, but thought the ASGSA could benefit from hiring additional modeling and hydrogeologic supports and recommended that the ASGSA Board of Directors consider bring additional consults on board to assist with the review of the SVBGSA Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) or in the event the ASGSA creates their own GSP. The advisory committee recommended the ASGSA consider issuing an RFQ for hydrogeologic consultations assistance at the April Board meeting. 6. Next Steps a. The committee will be to complete the agreement to coordinate and move forward with the Coordination Agreement. 7. Adjourn a. Meeting was adjourned at 2:00 pm
